This is a long time overdue. I have been meaning to write a thank you note to you for some time. With all that has happened to us this year, life has just been hectic.

As Ryck said a huge thank you for taking care of everything, as you said you would. I never doubted your honesty, sincerity and professionalism from the moment I spoke with you in the showroom. I want you to know that through our difficult personal life, you made this major job, seem like a breeze. I know we had some issues, but again, as you said you would take care of them, and you did. You never wavered on your commitment and I never doubted you for one moment.

Your knowledge of the products, industry, installation, etc. are exemplary. Your help and visits during the process were more than helpful.

Once again, thank you very much. I love the floor. It looks fabulous. The staircase looks great. The house has taken on a different look.

I would like to thank Ottawa Diamond Flooring for the best customer service/installation experience we have had in many years.

We walked into Colonnade rd. after checking out numerous other carpet places in the area.

We were greeted by Vivian. Her level of knowledge and ability to quickly recognize our needs was remarkable. Her no nonsense approach and no high pressure sales was just what we were looking for. She definitely made the sale that many other area companies could not. We felt very confident that she would make every effort to ensue our needs were met.

We received a call that the carpet was received, and she let us pick a date that suited our schedule.

When the installers, Frank and partner, arrived they came on time, and explained what needed to be done. They were very efficient, and extremely good at their trade. We have had many carpets installed over the years and these two men were the best!

Attention to detail, meticulous, and very quiet. They left the area spotless. Absolutely outstanding work!

If you are serious about having professionals sell you the right product, and then have it installed properly, I can’t imagine going elsewhere.
